Privacy by architecture

We cannot see your cases.

ChamberSathi v1 does not operate a server that receives case contents. There is no login, no multi-device sync, and no advertising SDK. Core features keep working if Play Billing or crash reporting is unreachable — including in airplane mode.

Community Edition remains available if you never subscribe to Pro. There is no ChamberSathi license server in v1. Price is Rs. 599 per year via Google Play.

Questions advocates actually ask

Does ChamberSathi need the internet?

No. Practice data is local. Reminders are scheduled on the device. You only need a network for optional crash reports, a Play purchase/restore, or if you yourself share a backup file through Drive, email, or similar.

What if I forget my PIN?

There is no email reset. You can unlock with biometrics if you enabled them, restore from an encrypted backup you already saved, or wipe local data and start over.

Can I move to a new phone?

Export an encrypted .csbak backup, restore it on the new device, then tap Restore purchases with the same Google account if you bought Pro. Android and Windows licenses are not shared in v1.

Is Pro a subscription?

Community is free forever with limits. Pro is Rs. 599 per year on Google Play for this Android app. Google handles billing and renewal; you can cancel in Play subscriptions. Letting Pro lapse returns the app to Community limits — your local data stays on the device.

iOS or Windows?

v1 is Android. A Windows product is planned as a separate app with its own store license. iOS is out of scope for this release.
